Travel adventure set in both Pakistani and Iranian Baluchistan.The English narrator and American girlfriend Alice return to Baluchistan but this time to the wilds of Pakistani Baluchistan. On the other side of the border in Iran the Ayatollah now rules. They are contracted to prospect for silver by a rich exiled Iranian business man they had rescued from the Mullahs the previous year. The action ranges from the Afghan border to the south east and Iranian border. They become known as fire djinn partly due to Alice's long ginger hair. Their followers grow as they become involved with inter tribal rivalries, Afghan refugees and old nomad friends. They are also called to cross the border on a rescue mission and face the brother of an old enemy, a French drug baron plus vengeful mullahs. An epic tale full of humour and also romance as Alice induges in her hobby of match making. The story follows opn in time from Book 1 " Into the unknown with eyes wide open" but is a comletely separate and whole story. approx 801 pages
