Dr. Nicoll received her PhD from Case Western Reserve University and MBA from the Whittemore School of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire.Dr. Nicoll has worked in academia, clinical practice, and management. For ten years she was a Senior Research Associate at the E.S. Muskie School of Public Service at the University of Southern Maine.
