“The Rolnick Chromosomes” tells of the Rolniks of Lithuania, their origins and dispersion over the five continents. Illustrated with many historical photographs and documents on their life in Lithuania and the places to where they migrated. Some stayed in Lithuania, only to suffer in the Holocaust. This volume tells of the Rolniks from Upyna, Skaudvile and Kelme came to the USA, settling in Chicago and Baltimore with one also in Oklahoma. It describes their life in the New Country, their service in the World wars, with the record of a member of one branch that remained in the Old Country and had a harrowing escape from the Holocaust. The DNA studies that linked together the members of the branch are discussed and explained in detail.
