Henry Sinclair is a rare male witch and the son of a god, neither of which are doing him any favors. Much like a highly invasive documentary, this book follows him from conception to the beginnings of adolescence. He struggles through life just like the rest of us, except that in addition to dealing with extended family, love triangles, and being shunned by every girl in his class, he needs to survive German supervillains, cosmic horrors in the style of Lovecraft, lost civilizations, and the dreaded Santa Claus.
