The questions that have been raised about Shakespeare's intentions, in this play or that, are too many to count. I began to wonder if Shakespeare himself had been asking certain questions as he was writing some of his plays... In an attempt to understand what some of those questions might have been, I began to write a book. That book has now been published. It has a title: SHAKESPEAREAN QUESTIONS. I am a scholar, educated at Amherst College, where I studied philosophy, mathematics and literature, and at Harvard University where I earned a Ph.D in English Literature in 1964. My Name is Piers I. Lewis. If you have questions about my book, I can be contacted either at my email address, lewis@backpack.net or my blog almsforoblivion.blogspot.com
