This is one of several Articles that Paul Romaine has written on Celebrity Singers and Songwriters. There are no negative comments about the artists that he writes about. The article contains interesting information about the individual and Paul always tries to insert positive traits about the artist that are meritorious. Patsy Cline is without a doubt one of the most successful and respected female singers of the 20th century. Evidence of that is in her groundbreaking awards such as becoming the first female solo artist to be inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame. Sadly at 30 years of age and at the height of her career she was killed in a plane crash in 1963. Owen Bradley, the legendary producer with Decca Records was responsible for guiding her recording career through a succession of hits including "Walkin' After Midnight" and "Crazy."
