I want to avoid all of that filler that you will find in a lot of other exercise programs. I am not going to tell you that after the completion of this program that you will be some sort of sports legend. I also will not tell you that I have some super-secret piece of information that will lead you to your dreams of being a god amongst men on the playing field of your choice. Now that you know what I am not going to tell you, I feel obligated to tell you that if you follow this program, you will see gains in strength, acceleration, your vertical jump and lean muscle mass. The harder you push yourself in this program the bigger your gains will be. This program may have similarities to other programs you have done. This is the program that I use for myself, and I am always pushing myself to bigger gains. I can honestly say that since I created this program, I now accelerate a lot faster, jump a lot higher, and explode of the line with ridiculous force behind me. I am going to lay this program out in a manner that I feel is easy to read and understand.
