I have been writing since the age of 12. I wrote my first lyric while working on a produce truck. Many events occurred in my life up to this point. Just to say a few. I was sentenced to two years for cds, 1000 ft near a school with drugs that were not mine. Anyway, that is another story to be told later. Pretty much, more than less the blacksheep. Many times told that I was not going to be shit,by someone who claims they love me. I was not given a chance from the start, but God blessed me with David and Mamie English. To grow strong in this world you need a full time mother and father. They do not have to be together, just do your part. This book is based on how I live, what I have seen. What I have heard, what I have experienced, what I learned from mistakes, how I feel, what I felt, how I still feel, what is not real, most of all who is God. From my soul, my mind,my imagination, my visions. This book would not be possible without the blessing of God to be able to express love in so many ways. I teamed up with a singer, but something went wrong with that singer; that is another story, but I kept on writing. Then lost a lot of them in a fire in 1982. Therefore, I started over when I went to prison. I wrote more lyrics when I came home. I got anidea to change my lyrics into poems. I notice that lyrics and poetry ran almost alike. That is howthis book got started in 1993, Camden County Jail. A book was born.
