Welcome to the wonderful world of Stanley Sprocket:The 101 book first got published at the 2010 Glastonbury Festival. Simon, the publisher won first prize for sneaking in using the book itself to “bribe” his way into the 2010 festival. He then proceeded to get into many of the other top British summer festivals and had a really good time exchanging over 300 copies for “gate passes”, “smokes” and “drinks”. Sadly this approach didn’t lead to a second edition but Simon, who is still single, claimed it was a great way of meeting pretty girls. This year we are offering prizes for artist’s submissions for any of the entries in the book.1st prize is £1000 in cash, plus an access all areas back-stage security pass.2nd prize is an “all inclusive” debauched weekend in Amsterdam.3rd prize is two genuine tickets to Glastonbury festival 2013.You can send the illustrations (black and white, please) to us at StanleySprocket@yahoo.comHere at The Stanley Corporation, we are always interested in new ideas of sneaking into Glastonbury festival.Look out for sellers of the new book at the festival, “ignore all copyright” and photocopy it yourself if you like (mind you, it’ll probably cost you more than buying the book). The 2013 Glastonbury festival will be one of the hardest festivals of the year to get into. Use this book plus your wit and inspiration to successfully sneak into Glastonbury for free. Once you’re in, buy a few drinks, snacks or smokes for some people you’ve never met. After all, you’ve saved nearly two hundred quid. Idea 58 suggests you bury your mobile phone. This alone could, or will change your life.Stanley Sprocket’s “101 Great Ways to Sneak into Glastonbury Festival” takes off where Hunter S.Thompson left us.The ideal gift for would be Glastonburiers!Send it on!“See you in there!”StanleyAbout the AuthorThe less said about Stanley Sprocket, the better.
