Blame the tournament circuit, online poker, the World Series, poker on TV, the recession, whatever... Newbies play No Limit, no...t Limit.Limit Hold ’Em may be going the way draw and stud have already gone.So why another book on Limit?Maybe it will come back...And maybe because when I started playing poker more seriously in Las Vegas thirty years ago I read everything there was to read—and kept right on reading.
