SoundBarrier25 has an intriguing rectilinear style. While it could be used for anything, I tend to think Boy Gift, when I look at it. ;-)If you really want to think out of the box, consider it for a Monogram, worthy of your favorite geek!NOTE - With any of these Alphabets, during your layout stage, be sure to check the actual height of each letter you plan to use. In many of my Alphabets, the design will dictate that some letters may be different. A common example of this is the way that some letters may hang below the baseline. While this design is graphed with just one color, consider stitching the inner areas in a second color to add you own unique twist. Otherwise, just allow the background fabric to show through .This Alphabet can be used for cross stitch, needlepoint, knitting, weaving, quilting, mosaic, or any other application involving a grid format. The alphabet is designed using a square grid. If your application requires a rectangular grid -- like knitting and weaving, simply chart it onto rectangular grid paper and make adjustments as needed. If your rectangular grid is wider than it is tall, you may need to add additional rows to the top half and bottom half of the letter. If your rectangular grid is taller than it is wide, you may need to add columns to the right side and left side of the letter. I suggest that you simply play with the adjustments until YOU are happy with the results!Known in the needlework industry for her many bestselling print Alphabet books, Tink Boord-Dill is bringing that talent to the digital age. These alphabets are brand new, never having appeared in print. They can be purchased here for Kindle and Kindle applications.
