He is currently the senior strategy consultant at American Telemanagement Solutions. As IBM Vice President of Strategy, he designed IBM’s major shift into Services, now a $60 Billion business, and it’s strategies for e-Business, the Internet , and it's current successful ventures approach. Mr. Sweeny has been a featured at UN World Forums, The Hague, and at major universities and business conferences worldwide.
