This is a children’s story that is suitable for youngsters of all ages. Being able to be read from about seven upwards (with a little help) and as a good bedtime story appropriate for children from three. The story is about five children, who are neighbours who, seeing a scaffolding structure around their house, climb it, then disappear through a strange mist to Christmas 1900. They meet Santa Claus and the Gettings Family, while enjoying some questions about Xmas in the past. A happy ending, not frightening, just one of five Terrible Five stories by this author. The beginning chapter is similar in all books to explain about the children. Amelie 7, Eve8, Justin 10, Emerson 12, and Jason 13. And how they live. Written in short paragraphs to enable a smoother read. Ideal bedtime reading, The opening chapter is similar to all the series books , simply to explain the children’s background, regular readers should start at chapter two. Neil Willis
