The brain is necessarily wired to get a mild high from, among other things, sex, exercise, playing games, food, and (no kidding) talking about ones self. This is why some of us turn out to be braggarts, and others bore people to death with endless stories about their dull lives, pets, children, co-workers, and relatives. Who cares! As it turns out, they do. And they somehow think that the rest of the world should be just as interested in knowing their personal trivia. It’s called internet addiction.
