Moses grew up in the sixties. He started his early years with the drama and excitement that would continue until adulthood. Ever since Moses was a child, all he wanted to do was be accepted by his family. He was a part of a close-knit family and many friends. He was determined to find love in school or through the friendship that he would eventually find in later years. Like so many other youths whose fathers left them as infants, he would forge on and not feel sorry for himself. With a mother and step-father that were harder on him than Chinese arithmetic, his mindset was to never give up. Moses eventually joined the military and found some much needed guidance that would build a foundation for determination and can-do spirit. Through his grandmother and the guidance of God, who sent his angels down to protect and guide him in his quest to find himself in a world of uncertainty, Moses dug in deep to find his purpose. Moses went on to join the Marine Corps and find friends that would last a lifetime. Eventually he came home and reunited with his cousins and friends to experience an exciting time with all the young ladies. But no matter how much fun he thought he was having, it was always hampered by hunger and the inability to find work that would support him and remove the hunger pains that oppressed his spirit. Moses would finally meet Chrystal, and no matter what the obstacle, she would love and support him in his quest to achieve more knowledge. Chrystal was and still is a woman in love with the written word. Through Moses’s attempt to come together with her collectively, they found the common ground to both achieve success in their love for words.
