Tom and Jim go out fishing by the river, then while Tom has to relieve himself, he finds a golden amulet, which he decides is probably made out of gold. Tom slips it over his head, then he two go to their favorite fishing spot, where Jim finds a bag, pulls out a brassiere and throws it at Tom in fun. The bra changes Tom into a big buxom girl, and neither of the two put together that the amulet was the cause of the change that had taken place. Jim ends up using his best friend, Tom, as a sex toy, and then enter in an unnamed man who becomes infatuated with Tom in his girly form. One thing after another happens to Tom, and in the end, he finds out the truth.
