Crushed in defeat, but still determined, Lorri turns to two investigative journalists, who's Editor sees a major news scoop, if Lorri is right, and supports the two reporters as they follow up on her various leads and tips. Working as a team, the reporters and Lori uncover clues, as the San Francisco Chronicle prints a series of ongoing articles, culminating with a murder conviction, resignations, and re-assignments for corrupted political appointmentees, who orchestrated the plan, by manipulating the Department Of Homeland Security, from Washington, to Sacramento, to San Francisco, to Ft. Mason, where the story begins.
