This book discusses the issues surrounding lottery games and if they are random. If they were truly random, you would be relying on luck to get a random win. Instead, we find that you can use systems to win, especially in Pick 3 and Pick 4 games. We also discuss how to approach the five and six number games, possibly having a bonus ball.
