"Life is real! Life is earnest! and the grave is not its goal; Dust thou art, to dust returnest, was not spoken of the soul. Not enjoyment and not sorrow, is our destined end or way; but to act, that each to-morrow find us farther than to-day. Excerpt: A Psalm of Life In this life we must all pay attention to what we are doing, where we are going and how we are doing whatever it is in which we choose to indulge. In other words, we must determine what actions we need to take in life to ensure that we do not become out of sync with our bodily needs. That is, we must be careful not to lose Harmony within ourselves. Loss of Harmony leads to negative consequences which cause our cells and organs to be at Dis-ease ( poorly functioning). The end result will be the creation of actual physical disease. Our ultimate goals, therefore, should be to gain greater understanding of ourselves and the universe in which we exist. That may be the only way we could all reach farther than we are today!
