His work has appeared in various publications, including The Arizona Daily Star and Writer’s Digest. Several of his short stories have been included in anthologies.His other books include The Last Place God Made, Deliver Us From Evil, Kino’s Gold, The Treasure of the Santa Ritas (Young Adult), and Mamas, Don’t Let Your Babies Grow Up to be Writers (a book about writers and the writing life). He is a member of The Society of Southwestern Authors and Arizona Mystery Writers. He lives in Tucson, Arizona.
