Peter Allen Eaglesfield Clarke is a performance poet who believes that Art is a creation in any media designed or likely to stimulate an emotional response in others. He has chosen poetry to convey his thoughts and feelings because he loves the power of words. This is an eclectic mix of poems which hopefully has something for everybody and often makes broad social comment. Peter does on occasion use adult language in ordere to illustrate a point as in 'It's not my Fault (I have a Condition) which is about society continuing to give drug users an excuse for their criminal behaviour by encouraging them to see themselves as victims. Peter explores issues in his personal life with the humorous 'I'm Dying (but my Wife won't believe me) and 'For F***s Sake' which is about snoring. This book also includes some poems for children, such as 'Trevor the Snail' and a story about Michael, a squirrel. It is Peter's first year writing poems.
