Young Isaac Anderson is a boy who, much to his regret blends thoroughly into his environment. He doesn’t get noticed at school or at home. Isaac’s dad, a crazy insurance salesman who is determined to do anything to teach his family any number of safety lessons, along with his other 11 brothers and sisters make it difficult for Isaac to stand out. It is an intolerable situation that bothers Isaac a great deal so he decides to do something about it, namely paint himself. Fortunately, his Uncle Daniel, who is from the same bizarre cloth as his dad, takes it upon himself to increase his nephew’s strangeness and thereby distract Isaac enough for him to forget about the paint brush for awhile. To Uncle Daniel, a retired Canadian Army solider and hardware employee, being strange and unpredictable is the best way to pass the day. Uncle Daniel’s well-meant guidance results in both of them going off to work at a place called The Factory, where, by accident they are put in charge of security. It is a nice enough job, except they have to find and deal with a very unsavory character called The AntiClaus and a number truly bizarre individuals who do things that even cause Uncle Daniel to squeeze his head to wonderment.
